Eric Burdon is one of the most enduring singer/songwriters of his generation. From his legendary R&B rock band The Animals to the funk band War – as well as many solo sojourns – Burdon’s music has been keenly relevant for more than five decades.
We are excited to bring Burdon and his band to the stage at Preservation Plaza. For Baby Boomers, the reunion will be highly recognizable and anticipatory. But we also encourage Gen-Xers and Millennial’s to research and embrace Burdon’s music. At age 75, he still slays a live show. You won’t want to miss it!
The crowd in the green space – as it was for Boz Scaggs last year – should be an intriguing and diverse blend of ages. Let the good times roll!
